Make First by Flowrish ("we", "our", "the extension") is a Chrome browser extension built and operated by Tural Salahov, Berlin, Germany. This policy describes what data we access, what we transmit, what we store, and your rights regarding that data.
When you use the "Scan My Saves" feature, the extension reads the visible text content of your X.com bookmarks page. This includes the text of posts you have saved. It does not access your X account credentials, private messages, followers, or any data other than your saved posts.
The extension also reads the X.com feed page to determine whether to show the daily build gate. It does not read or record the content of your feed.
When you initiate a curriculum scan by clicking "Scan My Saves" and confirming the consent checkbox, the text content of your bookmarks is sent from your browser to our processing proxy (a Cloudflare Worker), which forwards it to the Anthropic Claude API for AI analysis. This is the only data transmission that occurs.
We do not store your bookmark content on our servers. The text is processed in memory and discarded after the curriculum is generated. No database stores your saved post content.
We do not sell, share, or transmit your data to any advertising network, analytics service, or third party other than the Anthropic API as described above.
The following data is stored using Chrome's local extension storage (chrome.storage.local) on your device only:
This data never leaves your browser except for the curriculum generation request described in Section 2. You can delete all locally stored data at any time by removing the extension from Chrome.
Make First does not require you to create an account or provide an email address. No login or registration is required to use the free version of the extension.
If you purchase a Pro subscription, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe collects and processes your payment information according to their own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy). We do not receive or store your credit card details. We receive notification of payment completion and the email address you provide to Stripe for receipt delivery.

Make First interacts with the X.com website by injecting a visual overlay when you visit your X feed. It reads your bookmarks page only when you explicitly click "Scan My Saves" and confirm the data consent checkbox. The extension does not post on your behalf, access your X account credentials, or interact with the X API. It operates entirely on the browser page as displayed to you.

We retain no user data on our servers. Locally stored data persists until you uninstall the extension or clear Chrome's extension storage. Email addresses collected via Stripe payment are retained as long as your subscription is active and for the legally required period thereafter (typically 10 years under German commercial law, §257 HGB).
We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made. Continued use of the extension after a policy change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
